Eitan Sheena is a 3rd year medical student at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. “My favorite parts of this internship were definitely Grand Rounds and Clean Sweep. Clean Sweep was great because it really allowed me to understand the severity of the lead issue in Buffalo. You walk around and you see these broken down houses and the kids running around them and it makes you realize how important this issue is. Grand Rounds and shadowing in the ER were also fantastic experiences for me.”
